Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at 10ft to create a friendly experience.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and, if certified, operate powered equipment.
• Assist with guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup.
