Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers deliver daily living support, companionship, and emotional encouragement while helping clients maintain independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening Required
• Valid government-issued photo ID and second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport – hard copy)
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (but not always required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, transfers, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and engagement through conversation and activities
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
• Follow care plans and document services provided
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly
