Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking Overnight In-Home Caregivers in Poland, OH to provide compassionate in-home support. You’ll assist clients with daily activities, medication reminders, mobility, hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer Daily Pay, bonuses, dental and vision insurance, flexible scheduling, and a referral program. Prior caregiver experience is preferred but not required, and a compassionate bedside manner is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Physical endurance to meet caregiving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them on errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members.
• Report unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help clients take prescribed medication

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
