Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Active, unrestricted nursing license.
• Strong communication with team, patients, and families.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Observe, assess, and address health needs.
• Deliver health-related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications or assist with self-administration.
• Schedule and maintain routine medical appointments.
• Conduct medication closet assessments and QA checks.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and the IDT.
