Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Facility Nurse (RN) or (LPN) in Greenville, NC to provide holistic nursing care for individuals with IDD and mental health supports. On-site, full-time role with a $32–$38 per hour range and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule is 7am–7pm, every other weekend off, offering meaningful work and cross-disciplinary collaboration. You will monitor health needs, administer medications, educate staff, and advocate for person-centered supports, joining a dedicated

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing license (LPN or RN).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Observe, assess, and document health needs and changes.
• Administer medications and facilitate self-administration training.
• Educate unlicensed staff on health monitoring.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and IDT; ensure preventive care.
