Job summary

Hospitality Management Corporation is seeking an attentive Housekeeper for the TRAVELODGE/ PENNY'S DINER OF MORRILL, NE, with overnight shifts available. You will clean guest rooms to hotel standards, stock carts, report issues, and collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience, strong time management, reliability, and a service-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have strong time management skills to complete tasks on schedule.
• Effective communication with guests and team members is required.
• Reliable and dependable; able to maintain professional conduct.
• Team player who collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Able to identify and solve problems as they arise in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
• Restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department.
• Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift.
• Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
