Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Security Officer to monitor, respond to emergencies, and support guests and team members overnight. You will act as the safety leader, manage CCTV and alarm systems, and assist with incident reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of security experience, preferably within Hotels.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to and train for emergency/security systems and incidents.
• Serve as overnight shift safety and policy leader.
• Assist guests and employees with operational tasks and CPR readiness.
• Write comprehensive incident reports and conduct investigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and hotel departments as needed.
