Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• Must pass the company security written test.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Familiarity with security systems and surveillance technology.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols to ensure property safety.
• Enforce hotel policies and promptly respond to security issues.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies, coordinating with relevant personnel.
• Assist with safety drills and training sessions for hotel staff.
• Accurately report incidents and maintain detailed security logs.
• Ability to drive a company golf cart or other vehicle.
• Comply with drug-free and nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
