Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity.
• Enforce hotel safety and security standards and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, or security breaches, in a calm and professional manner.
• Assist with crowd control during events, conventions, and peak periods.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address safety hazards.
• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
