Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for a hospital morgue location in Derry, NH. This full-time, unarmed role involves monitoring and patrolling, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors on a night shift (Mon-Fri 12am-8am).

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must have at least two years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and following policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to facility protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with site leadership and responders.
