Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must have at least two years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies and critical situations calmly and according to facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, and corridors.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with leadership and emergency responders.
