Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities and adjacent areas.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor entrances and verify authorization, directing people to appropriate locations.
• Document observations and communicate with site leadership and responders.
