Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.

• Epic experience preferred for pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medications prior to dispensing from the pharmacy department.
• Oversee dispensing, chain of custody, and accountability of controlled substances.
• Adhere to USP 795, 797, and 800 standards for sterile and nonsterile compounding.
