Qualifications

• BS Pharm or higher degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Delaware Pharmacist License or ability to obtain.
• 1–3 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with sterile IV compounding and unit-dose distribution.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital policies.
• Perform sterile IV admixture and compounding.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote medication safety and regulatory compliance.
