Job summary

Superior Hospice, part of the Home Health Care, Inc. family, is hiring a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 on / 7 off schedule serving the Twin Cities metro. You’ll respond to after-hours calls, perform urgent visits, and guide care when every decision matters.

Active Minnesota RN license and hospice experience are preferred. This role offers autonomy with a supportive interdisciplinary team and competitive hourly pay plus beeper compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage pain, symptoms, medications, and changing patient conditions.
• Support and educate families while coordinating care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
