Assisting Hands Home Care - Logan is seeking a caregiver to provide custodial and personal care in clients' homes under the direction of the Staffing Coordinator, following the Plan of Care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in home or long-term care; reliable, compassionate, and able to follow instructions. Hours vary by assignment with 24/7 availability.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• One year experience in home or long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to follow a written Plan of Care.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment within client’s residence, including light cleaning and organizing living spaces.
• Assist with personal care activities as outlined in the Plan of Care, including hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and other tasks.
• Provide nutritional support as needed and report changes in client condition.
• Assist with use of devices for daily living (wheelchair, walker, hoyer lift) and exercise as prescribed.
• Follow infection control policies and agency procedures and keep records of care.
