Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care - Logan is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our family. We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship-based training, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include genuine companionship, personal care, reminders for prescribed medications, mobility assistance, meal planning/prep, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. Minimum one year of senior-care experience is preferred; background check, TB/Chest X-ray and CPR

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with seniors.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current TB or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both due upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion
• Personal care
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with walking, mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, store etc.
• Plan and prepare meals
• Alzheimer/Dementia care assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
