Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking an Overnight Caregiver to provide compassionate support to clients in the Franklin Township area. This role focuses on personal care, companionship, and ensuring a safe home environment, with weekly pay and scheduling flexibility to fit your life.

No prior experience is required; your character and reliability are valued as we support clients in their daily routines and well-being.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
Friendly, patient, and dependable with a positive outlook.
Communicates well and is open to direction and growth.
Cool-headed and consistent in any situation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Prepare simple meals and support clients with feeding as needed.
Provide medication reminders (no administration involved).
Complete light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
Support safe movement, transfers, and mobility throughout the home.
Offer reliable companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation.
Follow individualized care plans and maintain thorough documentation.
Ensure the home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable space.
