The Overnight Caregiver role offers consistent, overnight hours from 12:15 AM to 6:15 AM with weekly pay, overtime and holiday pay opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and health benefits are available.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Valid Driver's License with current Auto Insurance.
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure.
- Able to stay alert during overnight hours.
- Good communication and compassionate nature.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of clients throughout the night.
- Assist with personal care needs such as toileting, transferring, and bathing.
- Respond calmly to overnight needs or concerns.
- Prepare light snacks or drinks if requested.
- Provide a reassuring presence so clients and their families can rest easy.
- Maintain accurate overnight care logs and follow established care plans.
- Keep a clean and safe home environment.
