Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking caring, motivated individuals to join our team in the Franklin area to provide quality in-home care. We welcome first-time caregivers and support you with training as needed.

Your day-to-day includes helping clients with personal care, meals, reminders, light housekeeping, mobility support, companionship, and documenting care plans. We value compassion, reliability, and clear communication in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required; willing to train.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• Friendly, patient, dependable with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders (no administration).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Support safe movement and transfers in the home.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Follow care plans and maintain documentation.
• Keep home safe, clean and comfortable.
