Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• HTL(ASCP) or HT(ASCP).
• 5+ years of histology experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee histology operations including embedding, microtomy, staining and workflow coordination.
• Ensure high-quality slide production and regulatory compliance, supporting efficiency and team performance.
• Provide leadership, training and operational oversight within the histology section while maintaining hands-on technical competency.
