Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the club and ensure a positive member experience. Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, sanitizing equipment, and upholding safety protocols while providing friendly member service.

Applicant must be 18+, able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain CPR/AED and tanning certifications within required timeframes. The role is on-site with standard gym hours and a focus on a Judgement Free Zone environment.

Qualifications

• Overnight position requires a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within required timeframes.
• Position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of all assigned areas to Planet Fitness standards.
• Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and common areas.
• Disinfect fitness equipment, weights, and cardio machines.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility and manage trash disposal.
• Refill cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Follow all cleaning and sanitization protocols and maintain safety signage.
