Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Cleaner responsible for maintaining the facility's cleanliness and delivering a high-quality, welcoming environment for members and guests.

You will perform systematic cleaning, follow safety protocols, and support a positive member experience, including cross-training for front desk duties if needed. The role requires on-site work, adherence to background checks, and certifications like CPR/AED and tanning, with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Willingness to learn and apply cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and fitness equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and maintain cleaning stations.
• Refill supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
