Job summary

Reasors Food Stores is seeking a part-time associate for overnight shifts to serve customers, handle cash and promote store programs. You will assist with deli duties, maintain safety standards, and keep inventory accurate.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, strong math and people skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision during slow or busy periods. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist customers accurately and courteously.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions, change, and tax calculations.
• Ability to read and apply store procedures.
• Team oriented with the ability to follow directions from supervisors.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks calmly during high volume times.
• Experience operating common kitchen and cash equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude with immediate, undivided attention.
• Participate in store promotions and company programs.
• Complete required training within set periods.
• Assist with deli food preparation and storage procedures.
• Receive payments, give accurate change, and run cash registers.
• Monitor gas pumps area for safety and correct transactions.
• Maintain food temperature logs and inventory accuracy.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in coolers as needed.
