IHM Outdoors is seeking an Overnight Guest Services Coordinator to support routine office and clerical duties at our resort. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle guest inquiries with a focus on outstanding service.
The role may require flexible scheduling, including overnight availability, and involvement in marketing materials and communications for the property.
As our Overnight Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.
