Opportunity at The World Equestrian Center: Overnight Guest Service Agent

Join our dynamic front desk team as an Overnight Guest Service Agent. This role involves running close of day programs for the hotel's accounting department, organizing and verifying daily activity, correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, and distributing reports. The shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding guest satisfaction through efficient check-in/out procedures and reviewing charges with guests.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Produce reports, handle cash transactions, and process credit card transactions.
  • Verify room rates, complete Night Audit procedures, and distribute reports.
  • Assist security, handle incidents, and respond to guest requests during overnight hours.
  • Maintain communication with the accounting department and assist with accounting requests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and maintain supplies.
  • Promote hotel promotions, events, and services to guests.
  • Assist with room control, reservations, and paperwork to support hotel operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
