Dash In in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to join a dynamic, 24/7 retail environment. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service to guests while maintaining a clean, stocked store during overnight hours (10 pm–7 am).

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, with retail customer service experience preferred. Flexibility for nights and weekends, plus background screening, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or able to complete GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Background check and drug screening completed

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, project a positive image.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas.
• Support the Team: Step in from cashiering to porter services as needed for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
