Vacation Village at Weston is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11pm–7am). You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure accurate daily financial records while maintaining resort operations.

The ideal candidate has hotel/front desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and precise reporting, with weekend/holiday flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent training.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred or training provided.
• Strong guest-focused and detail-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight hours and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Handle guest issues promptly and courteously.
• Answer and route phone calls to the right departments.
• Perform nightly audit tasks: reconcile transactions, maintain logs, file registrations, prepare audit reports.
• Support special projects and maintain safety standards.
