Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Overnight Team Member in Santa Clara to receive and prepare products, maintain floor stock, and deliver friendly service. You will stock, rotate, and merchandize while following health and safety standards and store procedures.

This role supports core company values and participates in required trainings and meetings. No prior retail experience is required; must lift up to 50 pounds and stand 6–8 hours.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day.
• Able to bend, twist, squat and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality to ensure standards are met.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Receive and process product deliveries outside normal receiving hours.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Assist in opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards and maintain a clean, sanitary store environment.
