Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Appraise Team Members’ productivity for promotions or status changes.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints.
• Discipline Team Members as needed.
• Plan and distribute work among Team Members.
• Ensure safety and security of Team Members and the store.
• Manage department or location budget and inventory.
• Monitor and implement compliance measures.
• Lead training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Provide motivational leadership and foster inclusion and respect.
• Develop future leaders and promote internal growth.
• Maintain a culture of diversity and inclusion.
