North State Grocery is seeking a store associate for Holiday Market 68 in Plumas Lake, CA 95961. The role focuses on friendly customer service, stocking, merchandising and presentation in the grocery department.

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, rotating perishable items, creating displays, and adhering to safety procedures. Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work as part of team.
• Report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for full shift.
• Assist in unloading the merchandise.
• Transport stock for storage in stock areas.
• Stock merchandise to shelf with high efficiency.
• Keep store shelves fully stocked according to shelf tag-location-schematic.
• Assist in building store displays.
• Keep perishable merchandise rotated and pull out-of-date product as needed.
• Control level of damaged goods.
• Present assigned section prior to leaving at end of shift.
• Observe policies and procedures established for each department.
• Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
• Standing on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
