North State Grocery's Holiday Market 68 in Plumas Lake, CA is hiring a frontline team member to deliver world famous customer service, stock shelves, operate the register, and keep displays neat.

You will rotate perishables, greet customers, assist with questions, and follow safety rules. The role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compare invoices to received shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.
• Requisition merchandise from supplier based on space and demand.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to reorder.
• Report to work on time and maintain safety procedures.
• Learn and model all safety operating procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members.
• Report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for their full shift.

• Keep store shelves fully stocked according to ordering system requirements. Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Keep perishable merchandise rotated and pull out of date product as needed. Function 4 : Be observant and greet customers who come into the store.

• Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.
