Job summary

Milam’s Markets Coconut Grove is seeking an Overnight Stock Clerk to keep shelves stocked, rotated, and organized for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, maintain planograms, and ensure a clean, safe backroom and sales floor.

No heavy qualifications required beyond reliability and a positive attitude; grocery or retail experience is a plus but not required. Join a team that values teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas.
• Operate backroom equipment safely (pallet jack, baler, etc.).
• Assist other departments as needed.
