Milam’s Markets in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable team member to join our fast-paced grocery team. You’ll help customers, stock and rotate products, and keep shelves tidy according to planograms.

This on-site role offers flexible scheduling, an employee discount, and opportunities to grow with a locally owned store that has served South Florida since 1984. Training is provided and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas.
• Operate backroom equipment safely (pallet jack, baler, etc.).
• Assist other departments as needed.
