Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an overnight support Team Member to help receive, prepare, and merchandise product while maintaining floor, displays, and back stock to company standards.

You will greet customers and Team Members with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, perform duties across receiving and back stock, and support store initiatives while adhering to health, safety, and procedures. Experience in retail is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Handles DC and UNFI invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Checks-in product and reports miss-picks to leadership.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock.
• Aids in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safety rules.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; ensures equipment is clean and safe.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
