Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Ability to operate forklift, compactor, and pallet jack.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overnight grocery operations and stocking to meet company standards.
• Trains department associates on freshness, inventory, stocking and ordering; provides coaching.
• Promotes teamwork and clear communication; sets goals for merchandising, sales and profits.
• Manages daily/weekly administrative tasks (scheduling, pricing changes, orders).
• Ensures food safety compliance (USDA/COOL/DOA) and safety protocols; handles safety incidents.
