Job summary

The Winn-Dixie Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a working management professional to lead day-to-day store operations, supervise associates and drive profitability. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience preferred.
3–6 years supervisory experience; 1–5 years minimum supervisory experience.
English language required; English and Spanish preferred.
Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

Store Leadership – Leads and empowers teams to deliver a great shopping experience and align with the store vision and policies.
Fiscal Leadership – Manages budget, in-stock conditions, inventory, pricing and labor costs with integrity and urgency.
Department Leadership – Mentors managers on KPI, stocking, customer service and safety compliance.
Associate Leadership – Oversees hiring, onboarding and training of new associates in line with compensation guidelines.
Safety and Compliance – Ensures compliance with food safety, USDA/COOL, safety codes and proper PPE use.
