Responsibilities

• Maintain security of the store overnight and keep accurate records (time-lock logs, night crew purchase reports, receiving paperwork).
• Build a strong night crew team and uphold the Golden Rule.
• Maintain high associate morale through respectful, supportive, team-oriented work.
• Prepare the grocery department for the next day’s business: restock shelves, price items, and clean as needed.
• Control storage to minimize shrink and damaged goods; monitor product availability and safety checks.
• Notify management of shrink, security concerns, or refrigeration issues; ensure temperatures are monitored.
• Order, receive, unload deliveries, date and rotate stock for display and sale.
• Keep shelves, displays, and coolers clean and properly blocked.
