Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to stock from carts or pallets, correctly labeling locations, and placing items on shelves. You will help create a welcoming store experience in Fresh departments.

You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and keep displays fresh and organized. The role supports multiple departments and emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.
