Job summary

Snappy’s in Saint Marys, PA is seeking an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare fresh menu items and deliver friendly service through the night. You’ll help maintain food quality, safety, and efficiency while keeping the grill area clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; prior food service experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided. This is an overnight, full/part-time position with benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, restaurant or food service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and ensure a great experience for customers.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.
