Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to work overnight and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Chill and store foods per labeling, dating, and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean kitchen equipment, appliances and work areas for sanitation.
• Serve as a primary customer service representative for food and nutrition services.
• Prepare grilled and fried items using a flat top grill and deep fryer ensuring proper temperatures.
• Ensure proper and consistent food portioning.
