Job summary

ABM is seeking an entry-level General Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive and reactive maintenance. You will assist with PMs, basic plumbing, drywall patching, painting, and flooring while following safety, LOTO and SOPs.

This role is ideal for someone entering the workforce, with a 6PM-6:30AM rotating schedule and a $250 sign-on bonus eligibility. The position pays $18.00-$21.00 per hour, with offers based on experience, location, and market data.

This position is eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Bonus payout is subject to company terms, conditions, and employment requirements.

Position Summary

The General Maintenance Technician I completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. This is an entry-level role supporting facility maintenance. Assists with PMs, basic plumbing, drywall patching, painting, and flooring. Follows safety, LOTO, and SOPs.

Pay

$18.00-$21.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
