Job summary

ABM is seeking a General Maintenance Technician I to support facility upkeep with an emphasis on safety and reliability. The role performs preventive and reactive maintenance, assists with PMs, basic plumbing, drywall patching, painting, and flooring, and strictly follows safety SOPs.

The position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule (6PM-6:30AM) with a pay range of $18.00-$21.00 per hour. A $250 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, and ABM is a veteran-friendly employer.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance role supporting facility upkeep.
• Assists with PMs, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring.
• Follows safety, LOTO, and SOPs.
