Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an Overnight General Maintenance Engineer to cover shifts and maintain building systems. This position requires overnight availability, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• General maintenance experience required in hotel, resort, or commercial buildings.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Prior hotel or commercial building maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Overnight General Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing shift coverage and maintaining the hotel's building systems and equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment for guests and colleagues.
