Job summary

Cascada Thermal Springs Hotel in Portland, Oregon seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold safety and guest comfort. You will perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders, and maintain building systems to ensure reliable operations and a high standard of appearance.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, plus the ability to work an overnight schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Ability to obtain your CPO (Certified Pool Operator) within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work an overnight schedule including weekends and holidays.
