Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents, assist visitors, and manage front desk operations to keep the daily flow smooth.

Supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, this PART-TIME role includes an overnight shift and weekend hours (8am–8pm). Earn $15.49–$22 per hour with Daily Pay, while performing basic bookkeeping, mail handling, calls, and reports to support staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or administrative role required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support facility operations.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, packages promptly.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks.
• Track office supplies and place orders.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to leadership.
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
