Job summary

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Front Office Overnight Host (Night Audit) to manage guest check-ins/outs, communicate hotel services, and promote Hyatt offerings. This role emphasizes guest communication, accuracy, and professional presentation.

You will balance transactions, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain confidentiality while supporting hotel operations overnight. The position requires availability on weekends/holidays and a 40-hour week with pay at $22.67/hour,

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overnights 11pm–7am, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Provide excellent guest service and courteous assistance.
• Balance hotel transactions daily (credit cards, cash, etc.).
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and generate revenue/statistics reports.
• Explain reports and guest folios clearly and accurately.
• Maintain privacy of guest/hotel information and respond to concerns.
