Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a friendly, motivated individual for an overnight front desk role in St. Louis. You will handle guest check-in/out, support sales programs, manage guest records, cash handling, and assist with breakfast setup as needed.

The position offers an 11pm–7am shift with a starting pay of $20.30 per hour. Expect quarterly bonuses up to $3,200, paid time off, hotel discounts, and opportunities for growth within a respected hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take written and verbal directions and read English.
• Must speak English clearly and read English.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform all front desk duties including checking guests in/out and balancing receipts.
• Provide courteous, efficient, friendly service and respond to inquiries and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
• Assist with breakfast setup or related tasks and operate as the sole team member on property during overnight shift.
