Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure experiences for guests are exceptional and positive.
• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean and well-maintained.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests with a Service +1 attitude.
• May assist with laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and promote a friendly work environment.
