Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.

• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift
• Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
• Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
